Really good stay!

The room was decorated very well. I really liked it. Daily cleaning was provided. One day, upon our return, all my daughter's stuffed animals were neatly arranged on the bed. It was a sweet touch! We opted for half board, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The dinner wasn't a buffet. Instead, you could order what you wanted from the restaurant.
Our room faced inward, specifically towards a fire escape. I found it quite dark. Because of this, the room felt somewhat dingy. It was only a minor thing though!

The location offers convenient access to the metro with an elevator. It made traveling with a stroller significantly easier. I noticed it is within walking distance of Plaza de España and other attractions. I really appreciated this accessibility.

i found the staff very kind and helpful . my room was cleaned daily which i really appreciated. i also enjoyed the convenient location near the metro station with elevator access as it made getting around easy.
i noticed a slightly unpleasant smell in the hallway on certain days.

Excellent Stay Near Plaza de España

excellent decordaily housekeepingamazing menu
The room had excellent decor and housekeeping visited daily. I saw the staff neatly arranged my daughter's stuffed animals on the bed which was a cute touch (it made our day!). As part of the half-board option, the breakfast and dinner menus were amazing. You can order your dinner directly from the restaurant, it is not buffet style.
The elevators took a long time to arrive when called.

The room included all necessary amenities and modern furniture. A very comfortable bed allowed me to feel as comfortable as at home, and the bathroom had everything needed. City views from the large windows added distinct beauty to the room's atmosphere.

The staff was very kind and spoke perfect English. They were understanding and ready to support you with any questions you have. Ladies at breakfast were efficient, quick and friendly (especially when I needed something quickly!).
